Welcome to myr88d. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the myr88d online gaming platform, including all related websites, mobile applications, software, and services operated under the myr88d brand (collectively, the "Platform").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and myr88d ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator"). • You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or close relative of an myr88d employee where such affiliation creates a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been excluded from myr88d or self-excluded from gambling services and had such exclusion revoked or expired.
• You are of sound mind, capable of entering into legally binding agreements, and are not acting under duress or coercion.

myr88d does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals in Prohibited Jurisdictions. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify that using the Platform is lawful in their country of residence before registering.

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You agree to update your Account information promptly if it changes.

myr88d operates a mandatory KYC programme. As part of this programme, you may be required to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, copy of bank card);
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable thresholds or where unusual transaction patterns are identified.

KYC verification is required before processing any withdrawal. myr88d aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation.

myr88d supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT). All fiat transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt by myr88d's payment processor. Processing times may vary: e-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically instant; FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes.
• myr88d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods previously used for deposits, where technically feasible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50, unless otherwise specified.
• myr88d aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for DuitNow and within 24 hours for all other methods, subject to KYC completion and any applicable security checks.
• Where Bonus Funds are active on an Account, withdrawals may be restricted pending completion of the applicable wagering requirement.
• myr88d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding MYR 5,000 in a single transaction or MYR 10,000 within a 30-day period.

myr88d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where specific promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is stated on each promotion page.
• Maximum Bet: While using Bonus Funds, the maximum permitted bet per round is MYR 500 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Wagers exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in bonus cancellation.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute between 10% and 20%; certain games may be excluded entirely.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation) will be automatically removed from the Account.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonus types carry a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap, where applicable, is stated on the relevant promotion page.

All games available on the myr88d Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games operate in real-time with professional dealers under consistent house rules.

• All bets placed and accepted through the Platform are final once confirmed. myr88d does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets once they have been submitted and accepted by our system.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round will be void and any stake placed will be returned to the User's Account.
• myr88d reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error or technical fault has resulted in bets being offered at materially incorrect odds or values.
• For sports betting markets: bets placed on live events are subject to the prevailing in-play rules. In-play odds may be suspended at any time where the integrity of an event is in question or where live data feeds are unavailable.
• myr88d applies a maximum payout cap per betting event. The applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the myr88d Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account in someone else's name;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted;
• Colluding with other players or exploiting known Platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud or money laundering;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after placing bets;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing myr88d staff or other Users;
• Attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to misrepresent your geographical location;
• Any conduct that myr88d reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

myr88d reserves the right to take immediate action — including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities — in response to any prohibited conduct.

myr88d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care toward Users seriously. Gambling is intended as entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. All content on the myr88d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, software code, and design elements — is the property of myr88d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any Platform content without prior written consent from myr88d;
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Use the myr88d brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, myr88d, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Interruptions, errors, defects, delays, or failures in the operation of the Platform caused by factors outside myr88d's reasonable control, including force majeure events, third-party service failures, or internet infrastructure disruptions;
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials;
• Content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party game provider software accessible through the Platform.

myr88d collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, myr88d processes your data for the following purposes:

• Account creation, maintenance, and authentication;

Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting myr88d support via live chat or email. Upon Account closure, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion. Any Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited.

Termination by myr88d: myr88d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms is confirmed or reasonably suspected;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity is detected;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require myr88d to cease providing services to a User;
• A User's self-exclusion request is active;
• An Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

In cases of termination for material breach or fraud, myr88d reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, to report the matter to relevant authorities.

myr88d reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, myr88d will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Users via email or in-Platform notification.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which myr88d holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause shall limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable local consumer protection laws.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through myr88d's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. myr88d will endeavour to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a final response within 28 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory or arbitration body designated under myr88d's operating licence.
